Leonard Oakes
Bagpiper - Honorary Member

Leonard had been a longtime bagpiping icon in New England.  He taught many bagpipers who went on to become accomplished in their own right. Before his passing, Leonard started many regional bagpipe bands. Claddagh Mhor was established, in part, based on his vision of growing a successful competition band.
